Most chatbots collect conversation; this one collects data. We built a conversational intake flow that asks until it has every required field, validates each answer against the schema, and structures the result before it ever touches a database. Duplicate detection blocks the same record from being created twice — even when users restart mid-flow. Clean, validated records are routed straight into the client's reporting stack, so dashboards reflect reality instead of typos and partial entries. The client rated the engagement 5.0 stars.
